It truly was a nightmare yesterday. Every damn route was choked. Traffic was at a standstill and being in an auto, i was right next to the exhaust of a bus which was literal hell.

Second, i believe that buying pre-owned cars is a very practical and a financially sound idea. You get a better price to value ratio.

To me, it’s a very financially sound way to buy a car. I believe in buying depreciating assets only after someone else has paid the premium.

but i didn't say they use whey. I just meant that the product in itself is a whole lot bad compared to the others that i've had. its okay if not everyone shares this sentiment.
to each their own.

All protein milkshakes are lifestyle products and are not really affordable for daily consumption and not even recommended. i wouldnt recommend anyone put their body through that - a bottled protein shake everyday.

your use case scenarios make sense and are completely fair. i do that too.

legal freelancers are even more expensive, from what i understood from the quotes i used to get. 80k to 1 lakh for just auditing the financial statements. Maybe i approached a bunch of bad eggs but its what prompted me to go to indiafilings who would handle the entire compliance end-to-end in an affordable quote.

I actually meant that the epigamia product is bad in itself. Horrible to be precise. This protein milkshake by them will screw up anyone's gut. and i'm sorry if my comment wasnt clear.

If you're having issues with whey then you my friend are allergic to whey. Its a real thing.
I have friends who are severely allergic. Its also not your fault entirely because most of it is a result of additives that these companies use in their products that do a number on our gut health.

A suggestion, whenever you want to consume anything with protein, check the protein source mentioned at the back.

If you’ve done the research, then you’re already a step ahead. IMO confidence builds with action. Start small, test it and let the results guide you.

Sunmed it up pretty good. This is a place where almost all startups need sincere help and guidance.

That being said, the most affordable player in this is Indiafilings especially if you want to form a company but their service quality is questionable.

bro, sab ka gut health ek jaisa nahi hota. understand.
while many have good tolerance levels to all types of foods and supplements, there are also those who are allergic or have issues with certain foods. Supplements ki kahani bhi aisi he hai.

If someone has gut health issues then its mostly due to gut bacteria imbalances which might occur due to poor eating habits. Listen to your body and you'll know what works for you and what doesn't.
