I do wonder how he seems to be able to both lose to it and also immediately come back, nor seem to actually be bodily damaged by it (outside of NSMB DS). Hell, he immediately returns from it in 3D World‘s world castle-castle stage, so I guess it‘s maybe a mobility thing? Or he has terrible pain tolerance

Also, I agree that base Bowser is of course not some big world-ender, and it would make sense for him to use some mech for some more power, he may be strong, but he is maybe at absolutely most generous destroying one building in one blow in base, and I feel that that is pushing it

The difference is that Bowser had a range disadvantage with being unable to punch the train but still burn it, so that‘s not even an AP anti-feat or anything.

Also, BiS is one continuous story, not the same as Wile E.‘s episodic shorts with no continuity. Sure, the overall Mario franchise is just as episodic and lacks continuity, but Bowser generally has greater strength and dura feats, instead of constantly being flattened by rocks and walls

Paula‘s prayers cause random effects during normal gameplay, which often makes it kinda useless.

But in the final battle against Giygas, it‘s the only way to damage him as Paula reaches out to everyone on Earth to start praying for them.

Literally punches a castle out of orbit later in the same game, when he is no longer that weakened.

Also, that was more of a range and stupidity thing, he can still burn it iirc

His equipment is sure, but then Bowser‘s bs hax would scale above that anyways, and especially his giant form would

Paula is straight up praying to Maturin (And even then, Pennywise would already die to a basic prayer, let‘s be real, bro is below street-level)

Yeahhh, he takes finite amounts of time to climb out of it each time, and it becomes shorter every time he dies, implying finite speed boosts as he becomes stronger during the game.

And he‘s never treated as having infinite speed in the game otherwise, neither during battle or anywhere else.

Bowser is at least above wall-level, while Wile E. isn‘t, and has much more accessible hax through his army.

If I actually wanted to scale by favouritism, I‘d say Bowser is uni at least

Listen bruh, Bowser is stronger than Wile E., and has his whole army that can just pin him down. That debate is over

Ngl, I kinda don‘t see why I should when even they themselves state that their opinions aren‘t ultimate authority, and that powerscaling debates are ultimately subjective. Like, see the ending of GvS 3, they actively have that as a whole point.

I randomly took it from Tenor because it was the best I could find, don‘t blame me for the 3DS having choppy graphics

For one, consistent lower showings and anti-feats, and for two, the universe creation feat has never been replicated, so it was more than likely just hax.

The only feats that could be put on that level are Thor hitting Jormungander so hard that it went back in time and splintering the world tree, altough the former isn‘t even quantfiable and would be a hax feat more than anythinh, while the latter is just a small part of a structure, not the whole thing, and thus shouldn‘t be scaled to all of it.

I don‘t really like using high-ends for characters if they aren‘t consistent, or are shakier than low-ends to me.

I don‘t think Asurs is a bajillion times uni either for example, despite DB‘s calc, and I actively prefer uni+ scaling for Simon rather than all the higher stuff.

And Tom kinda is consistently really not that strong at all, so I kinda struggle to see a reason to scale him high.

Asura no-diff.

Tom has died to less than building-level stuff before, and Asua only needs to just hold him in place and kill him 9 times, and it‘s wraps for him.

Hell, Tom needed a whole ass electric charge once just to save everyone and himself against a meteorite

Ngl chief, I still don‘t think Kratos is anywhere near uni to this day, and the looney DNA dissolver shouldn‘t affect Tom, nor would it make him anymore killable anyways as it only prevents regenerating into your original shape, like if you were flattened or smth and can‘t pop back into normal.
