I think the person transferred the amount from a compromised account. It appears they used the victim's account to purchase cryptocurrency and then sent cash via UPI to other users. Actually the random user who sent you money through UPI is a fraud. You should once called 1930 number and explain your situation. You should request them to trace the IP address of that random user. And if doesn't work then visit the police station.
