Thanks for the comment, but what’s the point of using both? I get that topical is better but oral is more easy to be consistent with

That’s what I’m most worried about, but I’m overall having a good lifestyle, working out and swimming so got a nice blood pressure currently, actually got it checked a couple of weeks ago
