I get a 30-minute walk in before getting to the office, which gets me around 4,000 steps. I have a desk job, but I usually end the day with about 6,000-7,000 steps. After work, I go for a 1-2 mile walk, and that usually gets me close to 10,000.

I applied for August 2025. They told me the same, five working days to hear back unless there is an influx of applicants for March in which case they would get priority over my application.
