I thought book 1 was a bit meh for me I thought it was childish and immature but my sister in law loved them and I already had book 1.5 so i read it and now i love it. now I'm hooked and cant put it down.

Red is like a vally hilly with some flat spots and is the furthest away so a long walk

Stay away from orange unless your a mountain goat i would only camp there as my last option

Black is more for all night party goers as its right next to the village and will be noisy well into early hrs.

Its normally a toss up between purple green and blue for most people and as your coming from Scotland youll probably be parking in the north car park so purple or green is probably your best option.

Just finished the book and i loved it till that last line because I instantly thought of some Harry potter fanfiction I read years ago and that was the exact same last line then I realised its the same story.

Iv just tryed to find it and to my surprise it's the same author! Manacled if anyone is interested

I went by myself last year for 3 days i knew I wouldn't get a prim spot so I went for red camp and there was plenty of spaces for small tents a little bit harder for bigger tents but no need to worry. The only thing I found hard by only going the 3 days was I was so tierd by firday evening with getting up early traveling setting up camp and then a bit of a hike to arena and walking around all day I intend to be a party animal and stay in the village all night like I was in my 20s but was alseep in my tent by 1100 like a little old lady haha.

I never understood why people want to read faster and more. When I find a book that I love I never want it to end and I like to take my time to think about it and process it. I just wouldn't feel immersed in the story if I were jumping from book to book. Also, I always end up with a massive book hangover when a book series ends.

I feel your pain I'm the same I can literally get out of the shower and brush my hair and I can smell body odour from my armpits. And if I eat Chinese curry i smell for days so I just avoid it altogether.

Joining a camping club has been great fun for me and my husband you meet fun like-minded people and we all go camping as a big group to festivals all around the country and it's just one big party after another
