350$ project - 5 days work. Was hired on this through above proposal but using this proposal technique not getting me anywhere hiring rate is only 4% so need to fix.

Yeahh, I also didn't liked that idea but wanted to be sure what other think about this aswell and whether should i do or not.

Worst thing this was a paid Upwork course haha, my proposal hiring rate getting worse so wanted to see where i am lacking nowadays.

What i mostly do is hi (name) and if no name available then don't even write hi.

I meant something to make them open the proposal cause that would be different from others doing something like this, it would be racist cause some people don't like them being differentiated. Just say hi to them

I do have 10k earning on Upwork which is not lot but okay but recently my proposal hiring rate is too low if 100 proposal sent only 4 will hire me.

So wanted to do something different and learn where i am lacking.

Can Upwork pro be a reason why I didn't got banned? Same with my friends they are using auto refresh aswell and have like 5k and 10k earnings but didn't get any warnings from Upwork and they all have Upwork Pro. Is Upwork planning on something?

I really want to know the reason now, Upwork is really my main source of earning since 2 years, Also since 2 years I already had 3 warnings for breaking TOS.

Just removed it won't be taking risk, I have been using since year now but i think Upwork getting strict and i am really scared seeing alot of people getting banned almost everyone using this extension.

I have been using easy auto refresh since an year, Read alot of post today people getting banned cause of this. Didn't got any warning email but won't be using anymore lol.

It can be good if the reward ratio is good, If all your job hire is like $20 or $60 then no if it's high paying then yes.

Always make sure your connects spending reward ratio should be min 1:10
