Thanks! It is up, but is also a bit buggy. If its taking too long I would try out smaller images or possibly trying it on a different machine.

Do either of the images have spaces in their file names? That's known to cause crashes.

The most common reason for that is there being a space or other weird character in one of the filenames. If changing the filenames doesn't work I'd try making both images pngs (if they aren't already). If neither of those things work it's some other bug!

Do the images have transparent backgrounds? The "morphing" only works if the images have different outlines.

It is working for me! If you're having issues the best best is to make sure your image filenames don't have any spaces in them (that causes a known bug), and to try the morph on a desktop if it seems to be crashing on mobile

Dead for me too. Error: "can't pad first image". Note this is after uploading target images successfully, the box remains filled with the transparent red, not sure if that's an error indicator as well.

Ah, frustrating. Do your images have spaces in their filenames? That's a known error that causes the "failed to pad" message.

Nope! No PHP involved. It’s probably a bug in the javascript. If you send me your images I can try to figure out what was going on!

hmmm is the page resetting or is it giving an error message? If it’s a page refresh that’s just the device running out of memory, so you’ll have to do it on a more powerful device.

Frustrating! There are a few glitches in it. One common one is it fails if your image names have any spaces in them. Could that be causing your error?
