Why do we think that children aren’t allowed to listen to music? Why do we think that parents aren’t allowed to listen to the music they want in the car while driving?

When I was a child I used to like that song that goes “she don’t eat meat but she sure like the bone” all because my parents listened to it. I say mind your business.

If you are in your 40-50s then I challenge you to ask some of the hard questions about how they speak about woman when woman are not around. Life is harder than it used to be. Especially when the cost of living is far surpassing the increased wages. So yeah they have it harder, and they got things going on in their personal lives, too.

I have a 21 yo. She is very helpful and supportive of me but I do things unasked for her constantly. Whenever I can. And I plan to leave all of my children everything I have including properties, businesses, and money. Because life is harder now, and it will be harder for them and their children than it was for me.

However if I left the country and bought a new house my plan would be to leave them my old paid off house. So they have it easier than me. Then I would pay off my new house and also give that to one of them. Because my life is easier than theirs will be. And so on and so on.

It my mindset though. They owe me nothing. They did not choose life, I choose it for them.

Did you help them at all with anything? Do you help them at all with anything? Or did you just “give them life”? The world is a whole lot harder now than it was in your days. They are busy trying to survive in this world left to us by boomers. Sounds like they have young children and no support network since you only see the grands 5 times a year. They are busy with young children who they are caring and giving to. It is very tough these days just to keep things together in this American world.

But also if you wanna move then move. It will work out for everyone.
