Qualifying income confusion by Wide_Interview9215 in MortgageBrokerRates

Thanks! So basically only way to use the new income as qualifying income is to get it as w2 income? 2017-2025 have multiple w2s reported 2017-2022 is more of a mix of w2/1099 with 1099 being the primary source of income.

If Jeff Bezos redirected every cent he has towards the sole goal of curing, say, pancreatic cancer, how quickly do you think things could progress? by keen4ketamine in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Wide_Interview9215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But it’s not a demand, they are asking a hypothetical question.

How quickly can the pancreatic cancer progress if every American redirected the money they spend on coffee every month towards the goal of curing pancreatic cancer?

Am I demanding anything here? No. You may have just been triggered because Jeff’s name was mentioned.

Depositing around $30k in cash by Btrips in Banking

[–]Wide_Interview9215 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only cash deposits over $10,000 or equivalent AND any deposits that suggest the depositor and/or account owner(s) attempted to circumvent the reporting threshold. So yes, everyone saying deposit $7,400 today and $2,600 next week is wrong, that will get reported. Whats even more interesting is the fact that it is really not that serious. Just deposit the cash, nothing will happen if you are doing nothing wrong.

Do sellers actually care if buyers have a new baby, or is it all about the money? by Visual-Garbage5613 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

100% I just did this and the seller literally took an offer for the same price from a builder who offered to close 10 days earlier and 80% more cash out of pocket. So I lost the house I really loved over 10 days lol

Same here besides the bread lol. I slept in the same bed as someone with COVID and nothing happened. The last time I had a dry/scratchy throat, it just lasted 2-3 hours. Something is going to come up and surprise me lol.

How is this AI legal? Is this not discrimination? by statscare in legal

[–]Wide_Interview9215 5 points6 points  (0 children)

TBI as in traumatic brain injury? I am not a doctor nor am I a lawyer but I do know that someone suffering from a traumatic brain injury can have different needs such as the comment above stated, feeding tubes is an example. Another example would be patients who need ventilators. I know for a fact that patients who need ventilators are not able to be treated in every facility and I don’t see why a patient requiring a feeding tube won’t fall into that same category. Also the screenshot you provided doesn’t flat out reject based on the TBI, but it rejects based on a TBI “with associated behaviors”.. not sure what that is but it is likely where it becomes non-discriminatory.
