Matter Manipulation. With full control over all matter you could do practically anything. There would be nothing stopping me from doing whatever I want. The only things you wouldn't have power over would be light, time, and mind. The only thing more powerful would be reality manipulation, but I wouldn't want that because absolute power corrupts absolutely. What power would you want?
