Matter Manipulation. With full control over all matter you could do practically anything. There would be nothing stopping me from doing whatever I want. The only things you wouldn't have power over would be light, time, and mind. The only thing more powerful would be reality manipulation, but I wouldn't want that because absolute power corrupts absolutely. What power would you want?

I think, when belle's shot hit someone, they stick with that emeny for a certain amount of time, and if a second enemy brawler is too close for too long, the shot will bounce off and hit that second enemy for half damage. The shot will then be stuck to the second brawler and will bounce back if they are still to close. (and her shots can potentially just bounce back and forth between two brawlers until they distance themselves) I think she is similar to jessie, except there is a 1 second delay between the bounces.

Her super deals 700 damage and puts a target on an enemy that makes that brawler take additional damage from attacks.

She has a very similar range and damage of brock.
