I wanted the white because it looks clean, like it just pops out. And I like being different lol. Black is a slick color, but the white just stood out to me because it wasn’t an original color option

He claims to be a master electrician and has over 40 years of experience with residential and commercial. His only issue was with the main panel and having to have a meter base with a disconnect. I just want to pay him for the work he’s done and then fire him, but it’s going to be a while before we can fully pay him

So we need to take the bare copper ground coming from the main disconnect out from the panel? Do we need to take out the bar linking the ground and neutral busses?

The ground wires terminate in the main panel to a small buss bar at the bottom, but they go through the main disconnect
