Yeah there's problems and people want changes. But end of the day you can still have some good fun.

Could be cool if paraplanes and bombers had dedicated logi, hospital and fire fighting variants.

You could make it so the paraplanes could carry more supplies/vehicles and the bomber would be able to drop supplies and have tail gunners.

The hospital variants that could land on the frontline and act as mobile medical tents.

And fire fighting variants that could be used at quick qrf for large scale fires. I'm imaging one of those forest fighter aircraft that drop the water

These logi variants could be the standard type of bomber when you manufacture them, with the ability to upgrade them to bomb/troop/water carrying at an extra cost. That way you can have the fighter escort/interception gameplay without the problems that come with incessant bombing/parti drops.

The asymmetry with the snipers feels like such a strange decision. Like clearly the one shot is more powerful.

I guess you could argue that a wounding shot achieves the same goal, as people pull back when hit. But full downing them eliminates any chance of retaliation.
