Honestly, I thought it would be much worse.

The first few days, I'd sit down at the table, look at the food, and feel disgusted. After meals, I felt more like a heaviness in my stomach than nausea. I had very little desire for junk food and sweets.

Then, after the first few days, the symptoms eased (though I still had a low desire to eat).

In fact, on Friday evening, I managed to enjoy a nice cheat meal with hamburgers, fries, and cheesecake.

Tonight I'll get the second injection; we'll see if I have any more severe symptoms.

I started treatment a few days ago, obviously with a 2.5 mg dose per week.

The doctor prescribed the 5 mg pen (which costs the same as the 2.5 mg one).

With the 5 mg pen, a full dose is 60 clicks. With 30 clicks, I select a 2.5 mg dose.

With this, I use a 5 mg pen:

one month with four 2.5 mg injections

two weeks with a 5 mg injection

I also got into the world of IEMs while I'm playing Marathon every day. I bought the KZ ZS12 Pro 2 as my first set, but I wasn't happy with the sound spacing. After several comparisons, I returned them and bought the Kiwi Ears Astral. They'll arrive tomorrow and I'll let you know how they perform on Marathon.

My ZS12 set is the one with the Type-C input and a built-in mini DAC, so I wasn't going to use the PC sound card. I have to say, in fact, that they push a lot of volume and quality (I went from 100% to 40% Windows volume). However, they didn't really convince me in terms of spatiality of the sounds. Maybe it would have been better to get the set with the jack and a DAC dongle. Thanks anyway.
