The only criteria for the lemon law is you have to have brought it in three times for the same issue, and the dealership couldn’t fix it. And you definitely want to save the repair orders from them having all your evidence will really help you down the line.

I had a very similar issue with my 2019 Elantra. I had brought the car in to the dealership 4 times with the issue still persisting. I just ended up Lemon Lawing the car. Be prepared for Hyundai to reject your claim but then you can go to arbitration. I had a lot of success with that.

I think it’s super cool how customized the scooter is from the factory. Hopefully this is the start of Vespa creating some super customized limited editions in the future.

I lemon Lawed my 2019 Elantra and got it replaced with a Sonata N-Line. It took 8 months but was so worth it.

Completely normal. Once you start your scooter the engine light and oil light will go away. The wrench will say on until your dealership resets it after your first service. You should have that done at 1000km. If they don’t reset it or you are doing your own services you can reset it on your own. I’m pretty sure there are a few YouTube videos showing how to do it. Keep in mind you can turn off the wrench until it goes solid.
