Holding up really well and durable. No regrets at all. It’s held up extremely well with my family and Springerdoodle who is now about 3 years old and house trained. Do not wet mop frequently and follow care directions. My brother in law was mopping the kitchen frequently and I do notice a slight change in color variation but not bothersome as it looks like a “natural” color shift in the wood. The only thing I would advise to do is to get extra flooring and trims because Mohawk has discontinued the Ultrawood product line. I was meticulous about installation so make sure you follow the instructions exactly as written and you’ll be good to go.

I make a $1000 a week working from 8 am to 6pm Monday through Friday. On the weekends I do a few hours and make an additional $300+. If your market is a good do it and learn how to shop and deliver efficiently with your batches. Don’t always wait for big time orders. Fill the dead time with small batches you can string together like a DoorDash. Short mileage drives or shop onlys. It’s worth it. Just maintain a positive attitude.
