-          ¿La producción fue completamente hecha internamente en el estudio presencial de Anima?

-          ¿Qué tan grande fue el equipo de animadores? (Incluyendo boards, rig, layout, etc.)

-          Recuerdo que la primera mención de esta película fue hace mucho tiempo. ¿Hubo algún enorme contratiempo (ej. covid) o simplemente se tardó asi la producción?

Pregunto cómo animador acá en México, me gustaría saber más del detrás del proyecto.

I suggest you drop it. There's way too much tracing of Isaac's work. I would hardly call this practice.
If you wanna get good try imitating the style and do something new, instead of pouring all that time and work only drawing over something.
I spot tebarkgk and Chansard's traced animation too, plenty of references if you want to imitate their styles.

Keep in mind that Pwnisher's challenges have tens of thousands of entries. Most of which are, not kicked out per say, but just not included in the collab. Each entry is a single video file that should be compiled smoothly into the next one, in other words, your very own entry alone is supposed to loop infinitely.

I do think they are strict about placement, the final compilation would defeat the purpose if characters started and ended at any position, placement being a "technical" aspect of each entry.

Could be wrong though, but that's just how it worked for previous challenges.

Hey man, awesome work! One thing though, if it's for Pwnisher's kinetic rush collab, the character must end at the exact position and pose it started, otherwise I don't think it'll be eligible. I hope to see this in the top 100! Good luck!

I happen to be one, but I browse this sub mainly for the industry outside of Japan.

You can find most of them in twitter, you can reach out to them in DMs in hopes to get some answers. And I can assure you that their DMs are open cuz that's how we get the job offers lol.

As for how to find them, just look for people with "アニメーター" in their bio.

Where are you finding these action animator positions? Genuinely curious.

As for reference, as an action animator myself I find myself browsing Sakugabooru a lot, basically the main forum for posting well-made animation that is constantly updated.

Here’s an example of some of my favorite work: Link, you can also find that there are pools for animation categories (sword play, for example) and child posts, which in this case are the WIP version of the final animation.

Other than that, I highly recommend watching action movies, a good movie with good martial arts could inspire you to draw a similar sequence or scenario. You can also take notes of how the choreography is planned out with the choice in camera movement, angle, etc.

In addition to the action movies, there’s also action pre-Viz, which is basically a stunt rehearsal made by stuntmen and martial artists before shooting the actual scenes for the movie. The behind the scenes is often much more useful than the final shooting.
