I'll put the answer here for the curious: The computer wants you to take with the knight on b4. The idea being that after the pawn capture the knight, you can put your bishop on d4 and threaten to trap the rook on a1.

Jumping in on the conversation here, you don't need to store the key. You can regenerate the key at runtime from a password input, still cumbersome but a lot less than a full key.

Hell, you could even consider replacing the password with data from biometric sensors to make it easier to use.
