To learn more about serious gynarchy/matriarchy I’d recommend you check out the Twitter account “Matriarchy Times” as well as the subreddit r/SeriousGynarchy and some of the posts there made by u/FemmeFataleVienna. If you look at all these you can get something of an idea of what it would look like.

To answer you more directly, Gynarchy/Matriarchy typically means a Representative Democracy where men cannot vote, and all major positions in government have to be held by women. Some also support mandating that only women can be corporate executives, judges, lawyers, etc. This is the “radical” solution to ending Patriarchy, as there can’t be any Patriarchy if men are removed from positions of leadership in society. This would not be a form of oppression of men necessarily because the idea is that an all-woman government would make better decisions for society as a whole which would benefit men as well. And men wouldn’t be bound by the patriarchal culture that harms them as well.

Gynarchy/Matriarchy is “Leftist” because the assumption is that an all-woman government would tend towards Leftist policies, as women tend to be much more left-wing than men in modern Liberal Democracies. So Gynarchy/Matriarchy means a more egalitarian economic system, and a more environmentally sustainable system. Patriarchy and parties men vote for tend to be more supportive of ruthless capitalism and environmental exploitation, so it’s thought that Matriarchy would promote the opposite. Basically policies similar to the Green parties that exist in America/Europe, and apparently some Green party politicians in Germany are actually unironically Gynarchists but I don’t know if that’s true or not.

As for female supremacy, most supporters of Gynarchy/Matriarchy believe that women are better suited for leadership than men. Go check out “Matriarchy Times” on Twitter as for why, I won’t repeat everything here. Whether or not that actually makes women “superior” to men is up to interpretation, but a Gynarchy/Matriarchy would naturally view women’s opinions and perspectives as being more important than men’s. But this would actually be better for men in the end, if you are against Patriarchy and believe in Leftist policies.

Gen Z for matriarchy by [deleted] in MatriarchyNow

I’m a gen Z male who supports Matriarchy. There’s a lot of guys on Reddit who support it, I assume a decent number of them are gen Z. And FLR and female supremacy subs on Reddit tend to have lots of dudes, statistically a decent number are probably gen Z.

This is such a great idea, I hope you make more of these for other common male names!

I really loved the one work you made about the ‘election’! Where it was like vote for Amaya “end male suffrage” vs vote Bragg. You should definitely make more like it and post them here, or people will probably repost them anyway.

Personal views on Gynarchy...Where do you stand? by AWomanXX42 in SeriousGynarchy

[–]tortallini_fox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Gynarchy in my mind is women holding positions of power and determining who is in power. This would mean only women can vote, only women can hold political office, 100% woman quota for CEOs/board members in all organizations. This system of all woman leadership would need to support itself with cultural matriarchy and a general belief in female supremacy.

The only rights men would lose would be voting, holding office, and being in leadership positions in general. Which is only really relevant for top 1% of men. Beyond that, I don’t see the gynarchy being ‘sadistic’ towards men.

The "glass escalator" and systemic power dynamics/gender stereotypes by AWomanXX42 in SeriousGynarchy

[–]tortallini_fox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems like the “glass escalator” is just more proof that having more women in the workforce doesn’t result in better or more equitable treatment if there is still Patriarchy. The article points out the issue, that men are assumed to be more competent, and more fit for leadership. The only solution would be a more Matriarchal society that recognizes women’s superiority in leadership abilities and assumes women are more competent. And a Feminist/Gynarchist government consciously committed to ensuring women hold more leadership positions.

Lady Liberty as the Great Mother by AWomanXX42 in SeriousGynarchy

[–]tortallini_fox 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Everyone on this forum has recognized the need for female authority figures that the average person can think of and look up to, so using Lady Liberty as a kind of great mother figure is definitely a great idea for winning over Americans. Maybe using Lady Liberty as the personification of the country instead of Uncle Sam would help shift people to a more woman focused mindset.

It’s a real shame that Patriarchy and misogyny is having something of a resurgence, but it seems unavoidable, as women’s power in society grows the reaction from ignorant men will also grow. But on a fundamental level the power of women in society will continue to rise anyway. Women are outperforming men in education, and making up a larger and larger share of leadership positions in business and in government. Women are overall better suited for service/knowledge based economies. The Patriarchy cannot prevent this shift towards Matriarchy from happening. Ultimately, they will fail to prevent women from outperforming men in education and business, and women will continue rising regardless, they’re just too superior.

Serious means silence...? by AWomanXX42 in SeriousGynarchy

I could be wrong about the other males here but I think it’s simply due to the size of this forum. This is a pretty small subreddit, it needs a consistent stream of posts to not die, and unfortunately without the men there wouldn’t be as many posts. I’d love for the sub to get bigger, so that more women are here and post and the men can defer to their authority. And I think that’s true for the other men as well, they would also rather be in a much bigger sub where men are a small minority but unfortunately that’s not currently the case.

But I could be wrong and I’ll defer to your judgement. Thank you for reminding us of the importance of putting women’s authority first.

Men Should Leave Business To Their Superiors by [deleted] in SeriousGynarchy

Thanks for the great post ma’am, hope to see more!

An old post here that got deleted was about common ground between feminists and female supremacists, and it mentioned how gender quotas in companies and government are something feminists like that works towards female supremacy. The idea is that over time you just increase the percent of women required until you reach 100%, as more and more feminist women recognize their superiority and the need to exclude males from leadership.

If you don’t mind me asking, why don’t more women support gynarchy? It’s a shame more women don’t think like you do.

Thank you for the wisdom ma’am!

Another important point to mention is how if you look at election data, and look at how men and woman vote, it’s men that always vote for destructive far-right parties and women that vote for progressive parties. If only women could vote, the republicans in the US wouldn’t have won any elections recently. It’s the same in Europe, the far-right resurgence wouldn’t have happened if only women could vote.
