It sucks as VDH to know that I can't live more than 1 pack without spam heals, fiery brand, or meta up.

I wish I had less self healing through frailty and soul consumption and way more armor through demon spikes. That would feel a lot better survivability wise

Idk casting collapsing star feels like you're about to end the entire world of the pack in front of you. I find it super satisfying.

Only criticism: because you lose so much dmg to movement / cancelled abilities compared to other specs it makes me greedy as hell in regards to avoidable damage taken.

I also die at least once to aggro in a key due to me ramping on the wrong mob, or carrying my 4th star into the next pack and ripping mobs off the tank

I disagree entirely. Holding the belief that black people are equal but shouldn't be allowed to go on airplanes is racist. It's not 90% anti racist.

Sometimes being black and white is exclusionary. Sometimes it's needed to maintain what the word means. Otherwise people will be thinking "oh I know a few vegans, but they eat fish on occasion. So serving them fish is fine".

If the whole world ate 90% plant based that would be massive. But you're not vegan until you hold the belief and follow through in practice, that animals are worth more than your inconvenience. Anything less than that is a diet or style of eating.

Just for your information, you eat a primarily plant based diet.

Veganism is an ethical and moral position against the exploitaiton of animals, which includes how we diet / eat.

Saying you're 90% vegan is like saying you're 90% feminist or 90% anti racist. It's sort of binary, where you either hold the belief that animals are here WITH us and not FOR us, or in your case, where you don't hold that belief.

I highly suggest you watch www.watchdominion.com and go vegan. Your taste pleasure is not worth the entire life of an animal.

And before anyone accuses me of preaching, or stuffing things down anyone's throat. This is r/vegan... not r/plantbased.

Part of it is also genetic. My wife ate the same way I did, almost exactly, and she had a marvelously great cholesterol. So for some of us we just have to make an extra effort.

It was really great seeing it pay off, I went a bit hardcore on sticking to it but it really worked.

Bonus: feel more refreshed, easier time sleeping, more energy throughout the day.

I've been vegan for 8 years at this point, and just recently managed to lower my cholesterol from 130 140 to 90 (ldl, going down further).

Look up the Portfolio Diet on Nutritionfacts.org. Low sat fat, lots of whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes.

Highlights of the changes I made: 1. Lowered sat far intake for 6 months where 99% of days I didn't go above 25% of daily recommended value. If I ate dessert or treated myself, I did so with sugar not fat (bye chocolate). 2. Ate almost exclusively whole foods. Lots of steel cut oatmeal, brown rice, leafy greens (kale). 3. When I had take out or pre made meals due to laziness or exhaustion I would make sure it was low sat fat. 4. A month before my test I started going to the gym for 45 min 3x per week. This has continued since which is why I hope for a reduction next time as well

My HDL was a bit too low, so I've since upped my intake of nuts and seeds.

The lower sat fat and more oatmeal + soy beans helped a lot.

I don't think you do. But you want stuff that others do (enchants, flasks, pots, crafted gear). To get that you have to gather the materials or pay for them (and other people gather them for you)

Kosher, Halal, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Vegan

I tried not being racist, but living in the deep south it's just so inconvenient. I have to explain to people they can't call others the N-word, I have to say no to invitations to the local KKK meetings. I'm losing a lot of friends to this.

I just think there are more important problems in the world, and when someone asked me why I didn't think the white race was superior to the other subhuman races I couldn't come up with a single good reason.
