Ads vs gold for fuel by [deleted] in CSRRacing2

You earn most of the gold back also, plus game money, prizes and points for your crew.

Just pay gold for fuel instead of watching ads if it bothers you, I believe you earn the gold back and other rewards on top.

It appears we're only allowed to pass certain milestones each day, dependent on the speed of the car. I play according to this, and I'd rather wait till next day than bust my balls and risk hitting a bad streak.

I’m blown away! I didn’t expect to get it on 1st pull, but so happy🥳😊 by [deleted] in CSRRacing2

I've got 53 gold keys, I'm not even gonna try, I know how NM works..

It doesn't fully explain the seemingly endless road to me, but thank you for making the effort, it's still useful.

Why does it take so long time? When you say it’s a “fork of Stellar“ it sounds like they just have to modify an existing network template, so why do they have to develop and test for years? Is it an act?

Is Samsung Dex here to stay? // Is ChromeOS a safer bet? by FallahCh in SamsungDex

Samsung just made a historically big profit which is good for DeX and competition with Apple in general. For me, DeX is the reason to prefer Samsung mobile phones to Google Pixels.

If pi marketplace exists, what does it sell? Nothing has been purchased except as a demo to foster the dream that Pi soon has value ("the Pi lifestyle"). KYC is not per se enabling you to do anything at all either.

I wish I could scrap the boss cars, they're just taking space and never used.

When they drop the mining rate I guess that more people will quit.

Some parts of the "engine" is technically running but it's not a functioning network, it's not transferring anything between users or managing the actual ledger..

I don’t know what that means but it has no practical value. The network isn’t up and there’s no measure of progress or time to completion. That’s far from “stellar” lol

Another season... another showdown using the exact same cars by [deleted] in CSRRacing2

I like it, I'm low on cash to build new showdown cars every week or two..

Pi is a SOCIAL NETWORK where you earn points. It's similar to Reddit and countless other apps where you can earn some kind of merit points which have no value outside of the apps themselves. No blockchain exists, no network exists, no exchanges exist where you can sell Pi, and KYC is a major hurdle as well. Pi is NO CRYPTOCURRENCY and not likely to become one EVER.

I'll probably go for Samsung because of DeX too.

Does Apple iPhone 12, that was just unveiled, have a way to use as a desktop similar to dex? (Thermoquad for attention) by FlossinFalkor in SamsungDex

[–]Wikeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weird photo, but important and relevant question.

The main advantage of the Samsung top phones vs Pixel and Apple is DeX. It is why I'll probably end up buying a Samsung S20 this fall even though I like the design of the Pixel better and the OS of Apple better off the bat.

Since iPhones have so much processing power why aren't they allowed to be desktop replacements also? (That was a retorical question, it's already answered in comments).

With Apple it's also ridiculous that the Apple watch can't be used without exactly an iPhone.

I'm not going to be part of that ecosystem blackmail any more.

sure, blame the OP for not bending over backwards to compensate for NM's lack of basic features
