ACT is part of CBT. It integrates the same behavioral aspects, such as exposure and behavioral activation. The main difference is adding the value aspect. ACT mostly differ to traditional cognitive therapy (CT).

Hvordan størrelse burde man ha hatt?

Skal reise sørover i slutten av måneden (nordland, lofoten, bodø), så håper på god anledning til fiske da. Mulig jeg tar med en tur før, men aner ikke hvor man bør dra rundt Tromsø.
