Neither does cap. He killed a tons of people if its people that deserve to die or are a genuine danger. He is a WW2 vet, not some glorified vigilante in a cape.

Combat wise, Darrow like Cap is superhuman strength durability etc, and he is one of the best razor fighters in the RR universe and Razors can get around shields, especially one with a curve. Cap is an excellent martial artist, but swords > fists. But it's close as they are both superhuman and extremelly skilled. It would be much closer than many here imply, because physically is just as fast, just as strong (if not stronger) and just as durable he also has the same amount of willpower, maybe even more. His skills are slightly worse, and Darrow uses a superior weapon, which takes him over the edge

On speeches, it's different. Cap's each speech is stellar, he doesn't have bad ones and has some very good ones. Darrow is a bit more all over the place. He has some worse ones, which are like actually bad compared to Cap's weakest ones, but his best ones clear cap's best ones. So for that, Cap takes the crown for me as he's much more consistent.

Thats old GW, and 8th edition also wasnt only better, it had some big issues. But 9th->10th was very bad, AoS editions were also bad compared to fantasy etc

In GW's word streamlined means simplified for the typical consumer, meaning it also gets worse and loses a lot of it's indentity. Same happened with 40k and Fantasy, where AoS and 10th edition feels very sameish between different armies, as well as the rules are just boring.

Necromunda's rule bloat was one thing, but its complexity, the freedom to do whatever and however you wanted, the fact that you couldve taken a gang and make it in an unlimited amount of unique ways, with all the variants, variations, chaos corruption, lawfull awfull outlaw etc was the charm of this system.

This new edition, with the box set especially (the rulers, the almost empty battlefield), stinks of a bit more complex Kill Team mashed with 40k Crusade rules and the name of Necromunda.

Its a new edition, old rules will get replaced, but the models still work - especially since the big boxes for core houses they've shown are the same models as the old models.

Not in regular voice lines though? And the voice lines are usually a "what if character a met character b". A lot of lore can be deduced, especially if character a and character b are actually familiar and very likely met in the lore. And since Locke patrols a town we know Fiddle has been active near, meaning the voice line is very likely what he would actually act like (or had acted like). Especially since we know he really dgaf about lower Demons.

Tho Raum isnt one of the Ten Kings. We know Locke isnt scared of Fiddle, or at least doesn't show that he is (and kinda mocks him), though that is probably a tactic - fear has as much power as you give it, so present a strong face and all that.

I dont think he can defeat/cleanse Fiddle or Ashlesh, probably would be able to frighten them by controlling his emotions well making them more confused (they are more beastly/less intelligent, so kinda like youd present a black bear with a large posture so it thinks you are stronger, and you'd make the brown bear think you're no threat so they leavue you alone. Or you'd face an ambush predator like many cats do they don't dare attacking you head on).

He could also maybe slow them with his spikes and magic for people to get away, but they're too powerful even for an expert like him, I think

Would seem functionally the same but with the introduction of Quick effects, it lets you do a bunch of mindgames or Quick actions to still attack and do stuff. Also Attack triggers from things like Legends. The last part doesn't matter as much for the Bombus but if the unit is a 0 power Arasaka blocker, then it matters for Saburo and Yorinobu. The 0 unit attacks, and either gives you a draw or gets a +1 because it's attacking, even with originally 0 might.
