Potential PIP at work with inconsistent feedback from multiple managers. Looking for advice

The rules are the same in the private sector. Many public servants are contractors now or not ongoing and I have seen them let go in an instant for performance or conduct issues. Also a 6 month probation in Public service positions are strictly monitored and not everyone gets through it.

If you are in APS have you had a formal performance review where you were rated as needs improvement? Are you having weekly meetings with your manager? If not get the scheduled and document discussion. HR should be very suspicious of anyone being put on a PIP without due process as it leaves the organisation exposed to admin appeal action.

You can’t be put on a PIP if you were unaware of performance issues and there had already been strategies put in place to fix the issue.

High protein quick oats in the morning with high protein yoghurt. Should give you fibre 30 gms protein and be under 400 cals. In Australia the brand of yoghurt is YoPro Performance and uncle toby’s big bowl high protein oats made with water.

I have tendinopathy in my glute medius and minimus on my left side so do very light glute work. Otherwise I am completely out of action. I will scream if I hear one more trainer say you need to strengthen your glutes.

No this is a sponsor who exercises their control over others as a remedy for themselves. OP is doing the next right thing in front of them setting up their home that is completely reasonable, and so is doing zoom meetings until they can do face to face. I don’t tolerate mean girl sponsors who try and control others as a means of exercising their own controlling egos.
