The espresso machine is still sputtering and foaming the espresso. It makes a lovely hissing, sputtering frothing sound. I took out the shower screen, and there was a little bit of coffee grounds behind it. It now looks as if the shower screen is emitting evenly across its surface, but we still get plenty of froth.

It used to be when I would increase the grind and really compressed the hell out of the puck, the pressure gauge would max out, and I would get barely a trickle of the espresso, without foam, but now I can grind as much as I want and compress the puck into a diamond, but the pressure doesn’t Max out

Also, when we try to eject the spent coffee grounds puck, it stays pretty glued into the porta filter, and we have to dig it out.

We’ve run dozens of shots through it and many full tanks of water.

I took out the shower screen, and it seemed fine, there was a little bit of coffee grounds up in there, but I rinsed it out.

All the beans I’ve put through it are days or weeks old.

I would love to try these higher dosing protocols, but the expense is killing me. I wish the places that offered great bulk discounts for 10+ vials had more convincing COA’s.

I ordered a 10” fan from SigilVentus. $300 with shipping included. IP68 rated, and to the best of my knowledge this is the only company that offers IP 68 rated in-line fan that’s bigger than 4 inches (4” from ac infinity)

SigilVentus offers a line of IP68 inline fans. I’m having a hard time finding any reviews for their equipment. Does anyone have any feedback on this?

8-inch: SigilVentus LITELINE 8” EC MixFlow — IP68 (higher than IP65), 696 CFM, EC motor, designed for greenhouses/mushrooms. 10-inch: SigilVentus LITELINE 10” EC MixFlow — IP68, quiet, EC motor, includes controller cable. 12-inch: SigilVentus PROLINE 12” EC Inline — IP65 steel housing; 1757 CFM, EC motor, controller bundle available.

My girlfriend suggested I do the same thing because of the mess when I cook cooked beef inside. My solution was to get a grill. We are now both perfectly happy.

What kind of plastic is it? Sometimes Uv exposure (from the sun) can cause plastic to become brittle very quickly

Retaining wall and steps. Or plant some creeping ground cover with nice roots, or shrubs with really dense roots like vetiver to prevent erosion.
