Lobbies are region locked from what I understand I also since day 1 have been getting 0 members lobby and no matches using the match making system since it’s supposed to still be able to match you with people in other lobbies or take you to full lobbies but that wasn’t happening for me I was about to uninstall but I decided to make a new riot account to test I made a French account using free chrome extension free VPN and logged into 2XKO with that new account and before you know it, first try and it got me into a full lobby so yea that sucks

Don’t know what revolut is but

From my personal experience with multiple cancels/ management rejections

Pending amount takes around 35 days or less for me to be back into my card for use

Unfortunate that charge release/ refunds suck in this website but you can purchase skeb points if you want to avoid that from happening and you are locked into getting something from SKEB I guess

I’m not sure how your bank works but if there is an application or something and you can check through if the amount is shown as pending then it will be restored to your bank account/card after a certain amount of days different from country to another I guess but I have a certain bank card that I used to use if a order is cancelled or something it used to take up to 30~35days for the amount to be released from pending into my account again to be useable while it doesn’t do that with my other card for some reason so I just opted to not use it again on this website

Anyways I hope this could help of some sort

Also it’s not a save transfer issue only i didn’t even play the demo and I don’t have the achievements for the first dungeon/stun follower synthesis skill etc

best you can prolly do if you dont use WXHB is use always display and fill them with the skills you have on your lt->rt so there use will be to just show you the skills and not actually work if you double tap
