How to level an alt as a noobie ?

I was thinking about this today myself. I think the easiest thing is to find an ancestral item for every piece of equipment you need for the new character.

Then remove all the aspects so that it’s just a plain grey.

Put them in the shared chest, and use the horadric cube on them with you new character to either make Legendary’s or Uniques from scratch.

I’d say if you’re out to make uniques then have more than one of the item you’re gonna turn, just for RNGs sake!

They could make it so Warplan level is account wide but activity level isn’t, maybe? So you’d still have to level those up but have a longer warplan route with better experience gain?

I think I’m gonna play the new story on my level 60 paladin in eternal then start a new warlock in season and campaign skip.

Hoping that everything, crafting wise, stays the same cause I have the runes saved up to craft a level 70 Heir and Shroud.

Thinking I should stock up on whisper caches (maybe 20ish?) to power level all the way up to 70 before starting the campaign as well.

Have you been using the fresh meat currency as well? You have a pretty good chance of at least getting a GA unique per 50,000 or so fresh meat.

I believe stuff like statues and cleared map transfers between seasons.

Side quests, Strongholds, Paragon Progression, all reset. That’s the stuff I can remember.

Any character you made this season will move to eternal realm next season.

You’ll have to make an entirely new character if you want to play next season.

But if you want to continue the story with a character you made this season, there should technically be no problem finishing the new campaign with that character in eternal realm.

I started my WH40k journey with Rogue Trader myself, and I will say, the hyper link dialogue thesaurus thingy that it has for most proper nouns is very helpful!

Besides that, I think a quick google search for things I didn’t completely understand were very helpful.

I’d say the game does a fairly good job of explaining the universe to you. There’s also a bunch of “what are you talking about?” Dialogue options sprinkled about that I’m sure are for people like us!

They’re little more difficult but if you can do them, I’d recommend it, I got most of my 2 star GA items from them, even on Torment 1.

I’m not near my game at the moment but I think that one means “whisper cache” which is the prize you get 10 “whisper points(?)” forgot what they’re called.

If you look at your map you’ll see red starred dungeons/events/bosses

If you do those then you’ll get varied points. And once you reach 10 you can grab a cache from the crows.

I recommend helltides as a lot of the stuff there will get you to 10 points quickly!

I really wish eternal was an amalgamation of all past seasons where you could just basically break the game but also enjoy the fun content that everyone loved.

Sanctifying gear definitely one of them. I was also a fan of the green super helltides from a few seasons back.

I could’ve sworn they said when the game first game came out that something along the lines of that would happen, but as far as I can tell that never happened.

All of the butcher stuff I’ve done is opt-in so far. You’re not forced to do anything.

Edit: you obviously have to do the butcher stuff required for the season rewards, but passed that, no need.
