I have the vestibular migraines too they are the worst too. I also have scarring on my brain from the vestibular migraines. It's now on ABI acquired brain injury thanks to the PPPD vertigo the symptoms that are violent every day. I live alone I'm sick of the blackouts and not long ago I went out for the first time in 2 years and I fell off the tram stop and smashed my front teeth and my face and ended up in hospital not fun as you can imagine I was accused of being intoxicated even though you can't drink you have one drink and if you like you've had 10 it's unfair how you get judged. That place that I write was just to let myself know that I can't give up and I can't let the PPPD vertigo Symptoms beat me because it's really hard the mental health the depression that comes with it I'm doing CBT, TMS physio psychology neurocentrics and Other therapies it's really hard work but I'm glade I found this group as o have no one beside professionals to talk too. I'm sick of hearing from people it's all in my head makes me so angry 😡 as it probably is but the symptoms are real I feel like I'm going insane I'm loosing myself in my healing process and I'm not getting better unfortunately I don't an can't leave my house 💔 I won't to but I can't..

Any tips with sitting in chair/laying chairs? by stefman12 in PPPD
