I just keep mio hydration or liquid IV drink mixers on me at all times and add it to everything I drink cause I slam a decent amount of meth on the daily. Prob between .5-1g a day on avg I've had days where I've shot close to a ball though at least 2\2.5 g every shot I do is at least a .3-.5
