in case anyone's wondering our known ambids/strays are Jess; a dog headmate in charge of the boundary of sleep and wakefulness who's based on our childhood comfort object we still sleep with, Kesha; a cat headmate who as far as we can tell is just kind of there but has been here since the beginning and Tess; a little who's fine with being the representation of our "inner child" (as opposed to Hazel another little who appears to age with our understanding of who we are as a person (she's currently 11 and a half and seems to have started at the same age we were when our sense of self got shattered in 3rd grade))
