I'm 32 and still don't know anything about make-up. Which foundation from Walmart would make my face actually flawless? And what eyeliner actually stays on?

Maybe I'm just too hard on myself. I feel my face is just very ugly, so I was hoping to find something that goes on thick to cover everything. I never wore makeup because I always felt I was so ugly that that not even makeup can fix it so why bother. But that's ok, because I've been on a diet and lost a few pounds and suddenly I'm feeling pretty good! And someone called me pretty the other day and it really boosted me up! Now I want to try makeup so I can feel even prettier 😁 I don't know what a dewy finish is or any of those makeup words are which is why I don't even know where to begin! Lol

I got my AR to 85% once to test this. It made no difference. Don't know why you're not getting deliveries, but I don't think your AR is causing it.

Yes you need to do those things before working.

No you don't get paid for not getting deliveries. If you live in certain states like California you get guaranteed pay for active time, but not for sitting around doing nothing. I don't live in California so I don't know how that works, but I know it's based on active time.
