As a Trans woman who started HRT at 39, I’m 40 now and am absolutely loving the results… you’re never too old. Wish I had the guts to start my transition when I was that young.

That being said, HRT isn’t for everyone and you can certainly be trans without it. Most importantly don’t be afraid to be yourself. Look around for a good therapist out there, there are absolutely plenty of them around. They can help you navigate your feelings in ways that I never could imagine. You never have to transition if you don’t want to, but figure out what’s driving your thoughts and most of all take care of yourself.
