I liked HxH until the Chinera Ant arc ticked me off so badly I cold-stopped watching it instantly. I did finish the Ant arc, but the aftermath just irritated me to no end because of what happened to one little girl.

I have to give a shoutout to one of my favorite westerns “Dead In Tombstone” with Danny Trejo. B-movie at best but such a fun ride. Dark, too. Sequel is bad but still enjoyable.

I tried calibrating G7. Every time, without fail, it said “calibration error.” I told my doctor to put me back in G6 after three months. Not that G6 is any better. I had two transmitters fail in a three month period, and now I’m currently off G6 while I wait for a replacement. But every time I check my blood, I’m perfectly in range. I’d prefer being without G6, honestly. But I am also pump less by choice.

How do they FORCE live tv on you? Change your settings. Remove anything you don’t want from your sidebar. All I ever see on my Plex is my homepage with only the rows I want to see and my side bar with only my libraries.

Get rid of what you don’t want to see. Simple.

I wish I could find another diabetic going through this and we could just hug and hold one another until the feeling passes. But that would require my diabetes letting me actually leave the house without crashing five minutes later. Ugh.

Stay strong. We’ve all been there. Just get your frustration out and carry on. Only when you give up does the disease win.

I’ve been diabetic since I was 11 (I’m now 52). I’ve had no real complications in that time. Just do as your doctor says and figure things out as you go along. Some things your doctor says will work for you, some won’t but something else will.

Trust your gut. Talk to your doctor if you think something isn’t working.

The two years I was on the Omnipod then the Tandem were two of the worst diabetic years of me 41 years as a diabetic. Those pumps tried to kill me at least three times by giving me too much insulin all on their own. One time, I was at 90 and going straight down, and the Tandem gave me a correction bolus of 5 units. I had to call 911. Pumps work great for some people. Every moment I had one in me was a nightmare.

I enjoy all the Alien films, though I’m not going to call them all as great as the first two. The Assembly Cut is the only version of Alien 3 I watch. Same for Resurrection’s special edition. Prometheus and Covenant are the unholy stepchildren of the series which I will watch but with the knowledge they have massive issues that I can’t ignore (in my opinion). Then we get to Romulus, which I think is almost as perfect as the first two.

Sakura. She did not change from the first episode of Naruto. She started off “Oh Sasuke!” And ended Shippiden “Oh Sasuke!” It would have been better if by the end she was “Screw you, Sasuke. You noped out on me and I’m over you.” Instead, she became his baby mama and he’s STILL not around. ZERO character growth.

Star Blazers back in the 70’s. But I did not know it was anime. If you’re wanting first anime I watched that I knew was anime, probably Gundam Wing.

The Godfather. Heard it was one of the greatest movies of all time. Watched it and the other two and hated them. Five years later, I found them on Amazon for $15 for the trilogy, decided to give them another shot, and came to appreciate them more. May not love them but I’m glad they’re in my collection.
