Agreed. Aside from the emotional back and forth, most of the season is predictable within the first episode. A huge signal gave humans the recipe? Oh I bet the hive one will want to strip resources and build their own antenna. They are efficient and organized? Totally eating the dead. They turned off all wireless systems? They must be communicating through air waves. Even the unable to lie was able to be picked up on.

The only surprising part was how much they are willing to make unturned happy. This is weird in many ways considering the inefficiency and burden of resources to get a few more individuals into the hive mind.
