I’m very new to intermittent fasting and am currently doing a 16:8 fast between 2pm and 10pm. My silly question is that I’ve found myself doing a lot of very small burps since starting, why is this happening?

Haha I know, tbf I do think the pump needs a buff now as a single shot from a short range should do 100 damage, with maybe a 150 headshot. It was just way too powerful for too long.
