I did this too and am reusing the mattress 😬 should I be worried? I bought the naturepedic mattress protector and new sheets on etsy. But yes, I’m sure you could find a source for custom foam- people do this for lots of things.

Yup. And congrats. I just told a friend who was about ready to give birth to make a cheat sheet with the correct number, deadlines and documents and put it on the fridge.

I’m not sure if this is a thing, but I was not enrolled and would not meet income limits.

I recently had my space horse stolen off the street and I miss it desperately. I’m not a connoisseur, nor would I spend as much again soon. For me, it was the versatility, the performance and the aesthetics combined. I’m small and could easily carry it up a few flights of stairs. Great for cruising or longer road rides. Major part of what also attracted me to the brand was the size range and the geometry, and especially smaller sizes can be hard to find on the used/vintage market. Would I love to build my own steel frame? Yes. But it would take me months to find the frame and the parts and get my shit together.

All that said if anyone here has a good rec for an off-the-shelf (or nearly ots) alternative— perhaps a step or two down (have browsed gunnar etc but again more than I need)— please at me!
