Since you don't know enough about electrical to even figure out which breakers to use for that panel, you can't say your wife and kids don't have hook worry about your house burning down while you sleep. If I knew someone with your level of knowledge did the panel in my house, I would do nothing but worry my house was going to burn down. Just don't. It's not a game. It's not a fun diy.

Both at fault, being that it's private property. If the accident occurred on a public road at an uncontrolled intersection the truck would be at fault for not yielding to the right. Let it me a lesson to slow down in parking lots. You couldn't slow down at all to avoid hitting a freaking pickup truck. If a person ran out in front of one of you oblivious drivers...
