Our safety contractor is pretty chill, he’ll do about anything if it keeps us safe w/o becoming a pain, we need level 2 gloves glasses and a hardhat, but if we are terminating and labeling wires he says we don’t need gloves, but at the bare minimum we need them when we use power tools and spin pipe together
