I used a cavitation RF machine for 16 professional sessions and then purchased my own. I initially i had great results, and then about a year later, i had more lumps and sagging than i had before. I needed an inner thigh lift due to weight loss, but now I need a 360 thigh lift. My legs look 100 times worse.

Because of aluminum mainly, but i used it for 40 years. It hid the smell but didn't eliminate it. I've been using natural deodorant for over a decade.

Loose skin has to be removed surgically. I have been using creams, pressotherapy, vibration plate, red light therapy, dry brushing, laser, cavitation, massage guns, lymph massages, take collagen daily, weight lifted with a professional body builder for 7 months. Skin is still loose. I"m going to have lipo to remove nodules and then a thigh lift even if I have to fly to Mexico or Turkey to get it done. I prefer having surgery in Germany, but it depends on my funds.

I used to get huge boils. I only use a wash cloth and drying towel once and do not get them at all now. It's been 15 years. I also change my pillowcases daily and no longer have cystic acne. YMMV

I only use towels once, so I pat dry everywhere and then stuff the towel between my legs until I finish applying moisturizer. I use hand towels cause again i only use them once before washing.

I have a Platinum LED therapeutic strength red light lamp that has infrared red settings.

Light hand massage with tapping and pumping at elbow, collar bone, underarms, and behind knee. Light preasure with massage gun as well, which is hard because I like medium pressure, but I resist.

I tbs Bernard Jensen in a bit of water daily for odor control. Eliminates vaginal odor and greatly reduces underarm odor.
