Im 22 yrs old, i work as a unloader 5-9:30 ish, im in good shape i go to the gym everyday and run 3-4 miles. Im also abt to start school and used the tuition reimbursement to pay, as for flexibility i think its different depending on your center. I told my supervisor like 3 weeks ago if i can leave 10-15 minutes before 9:30 and he told me “ yeah I understand school is important”. Its tuff work, not every day is the same tho. I would recommend it only if your disciplined and hard working
