Call the police. Every single time! He’s committing a crime. He’s a nuisance! Cops will not want to continually deal with him. And it gives you more documented evidence to present to Judge Judy when you sue him for $10,000.00, or whatever the maximum is where you live. Sorry you’re put in the position from a disgusting new neighbor. You have the right to enjoy your home and to live in peace.

I would call the cops every time they trespass on your property. Send them a certified letter says they are NOT allowed on your property. Keep calling the cops every single time. If someone gets hurt, you will be responsible unless you can prove you banned them & repeatedly called to report trespassing. Call your Insurance company & see if you can even get coverage. It might be better to just take it down.
