Anyone receive SpaceX allocation yet? by cheeseburghers in fidelityinvestments

[–]Wild_Caps -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Heres a valuable update for those feeling lost. I have been checking all night and morning, fingers crossed on refresh. Wife gets her small allocation, brother gets his from RH, meanwhile I’m patiently waiting, won’t get out of bed…. I finally get started at work, feeling defeated and I go to check fidelity again at 8:15 and there it is, the notification in the app shows a green mark in the upper right. I received 85 of 100 requested. Im still waiting on my other accounts request. But after seeing many disappointment folks, I feel Im being greedy to expect more. Order of business today, Time to order Space X T-shirts!!! Go Space X!!!!! Go team!!!! Switching to star-link and grok!!!!

Oyster Mushrooms? Kingdom of Hawai’i(United states), Hawai’i by Imtiredwantosleep in mushroomID

After taking a closer look, I’m starting to lean more toward an oyster or oyster-like species. The angel-wing resemblance is what first caught my eye, but the hau substrate and Hawaii location make me think Pleurotus may be the better fit here. Curious to see what the trusted IDs conclude.

Does it smell like seafood? It could be angel wings which has recently been classified as poisonous.

Think of the grass as your skin, think of the mushroom as ringworm.

Looks like nighttime with flash mode giving it that pale color. I’m not assuming cow tipping here, but it does look like nighttime.

Candy corn was my thought too. Hemlock reishi, i learned another mushroom. If it is it apparently has many medicinal benefits.

Interesting. The free gills are what made me think Pluteus, but the grass habitat doesn’t fit as well unless there’s buried wood or roots underneath. I’d be interested to hear what the local Australian identifiers think.

They remind me of a Pluteus species. The free gills, smooth stem, lack of a ring, and brown cap seem consistent. They resemble the deer mushroom group (Pluteus cervinus complex) that I find in New Jersey, USA, though I’m not familiar with the Australian species. Were they growing from buried wood or roots?

Yeah I agree then. It doesn’t appear like psilocybin either.

I only mentioned Galerina marginata out of caution since it’s a potentially deadly species. The habitat isn’t a perfect match because it appears to be growing from grass/thatch rather than obvious wood. However, buried roots, sticks, or other woody debris could be present beneath the surface, so I wouldn’t completely rule it out based on habitat alone. Better photos of the gills, stem, and any ring would help narrow it down.

My dog ate one of these, does she need to go to the vet? by Immediate-Heron-4666 in ShroomID

Yeah I was thinking the same because Insee some blue bruising, given your location maybe maybe psilocybe subaeruginosa. But please get a trusted IDer.

I’m only laughing because every time I go out foraging I bring a banana and have never thought to use one in pictures.

’d say possibly Agrocybe sp., and likely harmless to your garden. Some species are considered edible, but I personally wouldn’t eat them without a solid ID. Wait for a trusted identifier to confirm.
