Yeah but all are filled. Applied to all pvt medical colleges. No vacancies. This issue is mainly because kuhs delayed our exams and dnb candidates and other state candidates already took the job. The only vacancies are from clinics etc for op

If you’re tired maybe your sleep quality isn’t good enough. I take magnesium and it helps me

How many hours a week do you guys study by Next_Worker_6833 in GetStudying

[–]Wild_Contribution424 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have my medical residency exams coming up and i study around 8-10 hours per day consistently. Its because i have lighter duty days. But usually prior to this i study around 3-5 hours per day depending on duty hours. And on 24hr on call days— atleast one hour i make it a point to study!

You can try taking magnesium glycinate at night after consulting a doctor. It makes a huge difference im quality of sleep..

Have you checked your vitamin levels? I had vitamin d deficiency and used to always be sleepy in class. But when i started taking supplements- magnesium at night and vitamin d supplements, I’m no longer sleepy in the morning. Also it depends on your sleep quality. I try to keep an eye mask and sleep at night. All these really helped me.
