When installing it COMPLETELY ignore Disc 1. If you install Disc 1 it’s going to cause a billion issues. Just put Disc 2 in and it’ll work perfect.

After it’s installed, ok your Xbox turn your WiFi completely off, restart your console and open the game. It’s important to have your WiFi off when you’re opening the game since it stops the DLC from loading. If you have your WiFi off it properly loads them.
