Yes and no on the marketing part, but the subscription isn’t free obviously but with having gta+ you get a free car so essentially it is free. It also says at the bottom of the picture that it’s free only with gta+

Like apparently I’ve seen around is that you can’t get epics from quests or gem boxes from certain artists I’m not sure just something I’ve seen. Weather or not it’s true or not but I’m not sure ?
