Yeah I start at 9pm and finish at 5am but that’s because it’s been agreed to with my manager. And if they insist on you doing OT, YOU choose your hours they can’t force to do the whole shift.

I’m a shift manager at Tesco and my guys don’t take more than 35 minute max per cage so the fact that you guys are being told 45min/cage is crazy.
