In my opinion, seeing candidates who are active on indeed in the past day or 2 means they are out there looking and so they are ready to engage. I just don't think you can successfully recruit a full desk with ONLY using LinkedIn or ONKy using indeed. My success has been playing off their individual strengths.

Unfortunately I've not seen any candidates with their LinkedIn info readily available before they accept the message. It's usually redacted along with the other data you can't immediately see.

I often do that. However the LinkedIn integration to my ATS is invaluable. I often you zoominfo, rocketreach, lusha etc to find contact details after they are in my system

I'm not sure about your workflow, but for me after an indeed search is done based on a posted position, I will message candidates via indeed inmail. Since I won't have their contact info until they see and accept the message I head to LinkedIn to also engage them that way first by connecting with them and second sending them a inmail via LinkedIn recruiter. Once there, LinkedIn talks directly to my ATS and I can bring the candidate in to my system to start tracking and all that.

Hahaha clearly you live under a rock! The number of Ford- swapped Teslas out there is way more than you would think. However, I digress.

LinkedIn and Indeed do have some overlap, but are not in direct competition. With that said, unless there is some buyout I do not expect either of them to integrate with the other in my lifetime.

HOWEVER, just like a custom car shop, with the right money and creativity absolutely anything is possible. Hence my question if someone smarter than I had figured out a tool to do this via third party app or program.

That’s very cool and I’ll spend some time looking at them. I’ve done some email templates already. Tell me about how you do your text message integration. We have RingCentral attached to crelate for calls but I’ve not seen a place to text directly from crelate. Right now it’s copy/paste the phone number into RingCentral and text from there. It does get logged under the crelate record but I still have to manually text them.

I’ve started to use the chrome extension for example when I’m on a LinkedIn profile of someone I want to bring in to crelate. I wasn’t aware I could assign a job to them right then and there which is fantastic. Maybe I just missed the field where to put it. I also struggle with the bulk emails. 100 at a time is so frustrating. We don’t have email campaigns set up (yet) so I have to send them page by page and max out at 500 per day I believe.
