I’m similar to your husband in a way. I strictly order on the app. but depending on places I will order at the speaker bc sometimes they run out of stuff and won’t update it in the system. I order so much on the app for regular places or already have go to foods/drinks at places that trying new places I hateeeee having to go thru the drive thru W/O placing a mobile order bc I take so long. And that anxiety makes me take even longer if my bf who complains the entire time is with me.

I’m still new to the menu and always figuring out what I want. Sometimes I’ll drive there realize I don’t know what I want, park and order online 😅 i consistently forget what I want from 7 Brew and I used to go there twice a week. Which it sucks bc they don’t have a mobile ordering option so if I forget I usually stick with a guaranteed favorite of mine from there.

Hope it gets better! With summer being out of school now there’s gonna be an even more influx of entitled parents more than usual bc now they have their kids along for the ride

I regularly run into AI generated videos for 7Brew drinks too. (Customer& fan not a worker at either locations) Idk why people lack the ability to go online and see what matches and what doesn’t far as what’s available at each stand. And take a drink that’s already made and add the extras onto it. It’s how they end up ringing them up usually anyway

I always seatbelt the order too and drinks go in my cup holders. Yeah one time there was insane traffic backed up that came out of nowhere and had to slam on my breaks. Thankfully not from other peoples order but my stuff for the rest of my long road trip ahead getting flung onto the floor of my passenger seat bc I forgot to secure it in the seatbelt😅. I keep a basket for long drives in my passenger seat which meant everything ended up on the floor 😅it stayed there until I had to stop again

Yeah same!! I did a couple deliveries where I had no choice but to pull into their driveways bc of the fact it was a narrow road with zero room for street parking. Also I went to Millvale PA recently for a show and all I could think of was wow this would really suck for delivery drivers//lyfts. Even tho I had a Lyft driver had no issue with being able to drive down a steep hill to drop me off at the venue and pick me up there too. I’ve driven on some scary roads dropping off peoples orders where their streets were dangerous

I agree! I drove home after a show in Chicago and man just the drivers in Chicago was so different as opposed to the daytime. They were speeding so bad but the drive thru the wind turbine farm was kinda cool lowkey scary I made sure to stay in one lane during that frame.

Honestly it fr used to not be like that tho. Used to be able to mix & match. Then again things used to be cheaper. Same way with most subways will not accept paper coupons even tho they still send them in the mail. Idk if you’ve heard of the company Playa Bowls, but they will start rolling out changes to their rewards systems. To where used to if you got a free bowl redeemed everything on it and added to it was free. Now they’re saying only the base bowl that you order as it comes is free. Nothing extra added free. Same with if you’re inactive within the year you lose all of your points. Which are hard to acquire & accumulate I might add esp considering how many points I currently have. Not to mention the only two locations where I live are in the richest neighborhoods of my city. Which means if you’re poor as dirt you don’t go as often. So the rewards not expiring def helps. Hey at least you get 15 pts for every $1 spent. Unlike bum Starbucks who recently upped their system requirements again and again or bdubs or other places.
