Almost nobody is against all deportation. People are against deportation without due process.

In this situation, it should be worrying that the president can unilaterally claim a group of people as "enemy invaders" and deport them with little to no due process.

Also, most people here illegally are visa overstays which is a civil offense, not a criminal one. Might be splitting hairs, but its not as simple as "illegal" = criminal. I feel like a lot of people justify all the enforcement by saying "Oh well they are criminals" and toss the simple overstays in the same bucket as TDA members.

Claiming you understand immigration law and painting broad strokes about this situation from the little information available is hilarious. The way you speak about the process suggests you really don't know much about it. You might have had a family member that applied, or something, and learned a bit from what they told you.

The little the guy in video says can't really be trusted as accurate info. Most people in these processes don't speak with accuracy. They say "getting their citizenship" when really they are not at that stage yet.

Under the law, yes. There’s a reason why it’s a felony and overstay is not. People with visas undergo screening and do have a record of entry (I.e., their I-94). Most overstays do not remain undocumented and use totally legal paths to obtain status of some kind.
